Christina Bein, LCSW
Culturally attuned therapy for reclaiming your voice, your story, your self.
Therapist in Oregon.
Hello, I’m Christina (She/Her)
Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, carrying the weight of past trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life—you don’t have to face it alone. This is a space for you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
I offer therapy that is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal. Together, we’ll work gently and intentionally to explore the parts of you that are longing to be heard.
Approach
Therapy with me is relational, collaborative, and deeply rooted in honoring your lived experience. I see each person as layered and whole—not a set of symptoms to be fixed, but a human being with a story that deserves care and context.
I take a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to our work together. This means I pay close attention to how your environment, identity, family history, and the larger systems you’ve lived within have shaped your experience of yourself and the world. I believe healing happens when we make space for all parts of you—especially the ones that may have been silenced, shamed, or disconnected.
Therapy with Me
Individual Therapy
I support teens and adults through grief, anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, racial issues, and the impacts of trauma.
I integrate evidence-based modalities like:
Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you connect with and understand the parts of your inner world for cohesion and harmony,
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process and release trauma safely,
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support emotional regulation, meaning-making, and behavioral shifts.
The Experience
More than any technique, what matters most is our relationship. I aim to show up with authenticity, presence, and care—so you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to grow.
Healing isn’t linear. It can feel challenging as it stretches you into the version you feel confident in. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about reclaiming what’s always been worthy and whole within you. You’ve already taken a brave first step by being here. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you the rest of the way.
